Are you ready to become a runner? Join the free 30 Day Beginners Running Challenge and get started! (SIGN UP BELOW!)

I’m thrilled to introduce you to the 30-Day Beginner’s Running Challenge. Whether you’re new to running or have tried to start before but found it tough to stick with, this challenge is designed just for you. Over a period of 30 days, I’m here to help you not only start running but to truly enjoy the process and make running a part of your lifestyle.

So why this challenge? Running is more than just a way to get fit—it’s a way to clear your mind, boost your mood, and feel more connected to your body. But I get it, starting out can be daunting, especially on your own. That’s why I’ve created this challenge- to make the journey smoother, more enjoyable, and, most importantly, achievable.

This challenge is all about breaking things down into manageable steps, providing the support you need, and celebrating every victory along the way. By the end of 30 days, my goal is for you to feel stronger, more confident, and excited to keep running.

Here’s what you can expect when you join the challenge:

  • A Structured Training Plan: This isn’t just any plan—it’s designed specifically for beginners. Over the course of 30 days, you’ll gradually build your endurance, improve your stamina, and feel more comfortable running for longer periods. We’ll start with walk/run intervals and work our way up, with the goal of running continuously for 20-30 minutes by the end.

  • Nutrition Tips: Running isn’t just about what happens on the road. What you fuel your body with matters, too. You’ll receive simple, practical nutrition tips to help you feel your best before, during, and after your runs. These tips are designed to be easy to implement, even if you’re new to thinking about nutrition.

  • Private Online Community: You don’t have to do this alone. Our private group is where you can connect with other participants, share your progress, ask questions, and offer support. Running is better with friends, and this group will be your go-to spot for motivation and camaraderie.

  • Daily Encouragement: Consistency is key when it comes to running. Every day, you’ll receive a motivational message to keep you going, especially on those days when it feels tough to lace up your shoes. I’ll be sharing tips, encouragement, and maybe even a few surprises along the way.

  • Weekly Video Calls: Each week, we’ll gather for a live video call where I’ll check in on your progress, answer your questions, and provide additional guidance. These calls are a great way to get personalized advice and connect with your coach.

Here’s a Brief Overview of the Challenge:

  • Week 1: Foundation – We’ll start slow, focusing on building a consistent habit. Expect lots of walk/run intervals and an emphasis on listening to your body.

  • Week 2: Building Endurance – As we progress, you’ll start running for longer stretches with less walking, helping you build your endurance.

  • Week 3: Increasing Intensity – This week, we’ll work on running more continuously and introducing some light intensity to help you build strength.

  • Week 4: Confidence Building – In the final week, you’ll focus on running continuously at a comfortable pace, setting you up to feel confident and strong in your running ability.

Why should you join? This challenge is more than just a running plan—it’s a community experience! You’ll have access to support, guidance, and a group of like-minded individuals all working towards similar goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, gain more confidence, or simply try something new, this challenge is a perfect place to start.

And the best part? It’s completely free. My mission for this program is to make running accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and I’m excited to be a part of that journey.
