I begin with a free assessment to determine your current lifestyle and running fitness. This helps to see if we will be a good coach-athlete match. If so, I’ll create a personalized training plan to fit your unique goals. I offer two different levels of coaching service, plus optional add-on’s, allowing for customization based on your needs.

Everyone has challenges when it comes to achieving their running goals. Whether you’d like a plan for a particular race or simply want to take your running to the next tier, I can design a plan to meet your unique needs, or you can try one of our static training plans.

Rise to 5K: 8-Week Beginner-Friendly Training Plan -$150

Elevate to 10K: 8 Week Intermediate Training Plan - $150
Are you ready to take your running to the next level? The Elevate to 10K Training Program is crafted for runners who can comfortably complete a 5K and want to build the endurance, strength, and speed to conquer a 10K. Whether it’s your first 10K or a chance to improve your race performance, this program is tailored to help you succeed.
This 8-week plan offers flexible options with 4-day or 5-day per week schedules, combining a balanced mix of easy runs, long runs, interval workouts, and tempo runs to gradually build your stamina while prioritizing injury prevention.
